PhD Candidate in Theoretical Physics, UCLA
I am a fifth-year PhD student in Theoretical Physics at UCLA. I am fortunate to be advised by Eric D’Hoker and Leo Zhou, and to be mentored by Di Luo. Previously, I received an MSc in Mathematical and Theoretical Physics from the University of Oxford and a BS in Mathematics/Applied Science from UCLA.
My research connects quantum field theory, quantum computation and many-body physics. I am particularly interested in developing physically faithful formulations of many-body quantum systems that are amenable to quantum computation in classically intractable regimes. A particularly exciting direction is the development of Hamiltonian formulations of lattice field theories to study physics beyond the reach of classical computation.
More details about my current projects can be found on the Research page, and a list of publications is available on the Publications page.
